The Patrick L. Ruth Foundation honors his legacy through recognition of academic achievement and direct sponsorship of an annual High School Track Meet aimed at inspiring youth in education, athletics, and personal growth while fostering values of scholarship, sportsmanship, citizenship and service to others.
